If your order value exceeds the stated free delivery amount, the item will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If the items in your cart combined are exceptionally heavy, the system may instead default to next day courier delivery (free of charge if over the stated free delivery amount). Where possible we will still send these orders via the Royal Mail due to high costs involved with couriers.
If you upgrade to 'next day delivery' and place the order before 3PM Mon-Fr, it will be sent via a next day service. If this is Royal Mail Tracked 24, deliveries are made Mon-Sat with some Sundays included. If a courier is chosen, delivery is Mon- Friday.
Delivery example: If a 1L Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel is ordered at 1pm on Friday and next day delivery is chosen (Royal Mail), then it will be delivered on Saturday. If our courier option is chosen by the customer, then this will be delivered on Monday.
During busy periods, dispatch times may take a day longer.
Please note we're shut on Bank Holidays, as such, we will not dispatch orders on these days.
We will always try to ensure your parcel is sent the same day, however during promotional events this may not be possible.
Unfortunately circumstances out of our control may occur, if this happens we are not liable for any costs.
