Information

Collinite 845 Insulator Wax is one of the finest heavy duty liquid wax's you can buy. Collinite 845 insulator wax was originally developed over 75 years ago to help protect electrical power companies against electrical issues, fires and explosions - If it stands up to these conditions, Imagine what protection it offers your paint...

Collinite 845 Insulator wax leaves an almost indestructible coating which even outlasts most sealants as well as 99% of other wax's. A single application can last up to 12 months  while remaining detergent proof. 845 Insulator wax offers exceptional wet high gloss finish for cars, wheels, boats, wood, tiles and even your shower! Due to its high temperature resistance it also serves as a great wheel sealant, helping repel brake dust.

Collinite 845 Insulator Wax is best suited for lighter colours and those wanting maximum durability. This wax is an absolute steal and is very easy to apply.

Many people ask "What's the difference between Collinite 845 and Collinite 476s?" The answer is simple, 845 insulator wax is a liquid version of 476s. Collinite 845 is initially presented as more of a paste, this then needs to be shaken to begin to restore its more liquid state.

Our thoughts: "I personally keep a bottle of Collinite 845 Insulator Wax in my kit bag, its my go to wax and sealant, I tend to apply it 2/3 times a year to keep it topped up. It guarantees incredible water beading and gloss - the perfect product."

Bought this on recommendation as I'm usually a Bilt double speed wax chap. Must say it looks impressive on my white A3. Applied with Flex polisher and by hand, warmed up to a soft consistency it was easy on/off. Buffs up beautifully glossy on white. Time will tell if lasts as long as the Bilt wax, which is usually 6- 8 months.
